Key2Giving is a unique and innovative donor acquisition and retention product aimed at helping charities recruit new committed regular donors.
How does it work?
Key2Giving is a key recovery service provided as a thank you to charity supporters who sign up to give to their chosen charity on a regular basis. Donors receive clearly branded key fobs each with a unique reference number, and lost and found helpline and web address on the reverse. This way any lost keys can easily be reunited with their owners. The key recovery service continues as long as the donor continues with their direct debit support.
What we think
For those charities whose donors may react to a more transactional type of fundraising, Key2Giving provides a low-cost option of developing regular donors at £3.00 per month with very little administration. Whether you distribute the key fobs by direct mail, through charity shops, events, or any facility where you have access to supporters, the more key fobs you can get into circulation the better.
The service is delivered and maintained by The Supporter Development Team. Online eDD processing and web landing and registration pages are also included in the service.
